Policies

Processing Orders:  

Some goods are crafted to order and can take 1-5 business days to fulfill. 

Returns & Exchanges:  

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit, however, if you receive damaged goods, contact us for a resolution. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Product Nature:

Great care is taken in sourcing high quality ingredients for our self-care goods. For this reason, product colors can vary slightly from product photos, however, still meet our quality standards. 

Our botanical body butters & beeswax candles are temperamental. Keep out of direct sunlight & heat exceeding 80° F. 

Melted butters or candles are not accepted for return or exchange. 

Do not burn candles for more than 2 hours at a time.

Warning: Keep lit candles away from children & flammable materials. Do not leave candles burning unattended. 

Customer Do Diligence:

It is the responsibility of the customer to do diligence, read & research product ingredients,  their benefits, possible side effects, etc. MaShe's Shea is not responsible for such negative effects as rash,  irritation or allergic reaction. 

*When adding a new product to your self-care rituals, it's helpful to perform a skin patch test first : apply small amount of product to a small area on your skin to determine if it will cause reaction.
